This space, now from a Conscious Mentor and Coach point of view, will be put at the service of all those who wish to be motivated and inspired to reflect differently, to accept leaving the comfort zone and live new experiences, connect from the depths, release and let go of thoughts and emotions that no longer add up, and begin to Align, Renew and Reschedule old patterns and beliefs, thus achieving sincere well-being, inner peace, happiness and, as a consequence, living a full life.
“With Monday’s newspaper“We can all be better, find that “maximum potential” that is within us, awaken it, stimulate it and put it in motion to start enjoying and focusing on what is really worthwhile.
After 48 years of living automatically, at the end of 2024, after working for 20 years in Mass Consumption, and 32 years in companies in a dependency relationship, life knocked on my door and told me… “start to really live…”.
30 days after stopping working, an annual medical checkup brought a “Cancer” into my life… There began my great journey of transformation, where I managed to put into practice all my tools and skills saved during so many years of reading, learning, development and personal growth, knowledge of Neuroscience and Positive Mental Attitude.
Today, one year after said diagnosis, I make available my CLARK method…where I accompany people to transform their current outlook, so that they achieve everything they set out to do in their lives.
I also contributed and share talks as a speaker, motivating all those who want to achieve a full life. And, of course, I do not stop accompanying companies and organizations that wish to turn their leaders into people who are leaders, who inspire and impact with conscience.
I hope that this space, in the coming months, will allow us to reflect together on simple but powerful themes to transform our gaze towards the future, but with our feet firmly rooted in the present.

I’m not just another Mentor, I’m a person who learned, “With Monday’s newspaper“, many things that may add and save you time of research and “trial and error”, in terms of decision making, attitude towards life, improvement in relationships and I dare say… significant improvements in the way you see and feel the world around you.
Don’t miss my next column, big hug and see you there… where leaders leave their marks.
