In fact, penalties are foreseen for violators sanctions which vary depending on the context: from 41 to 168 euros if the infringement is reported in a residential area; 84 euros if it is contested outside residential areas and from 80 to 318 euros on the motorway. In some cases, the vehicle may also be confiscated and you may lose up to three points on your license.
