Wilfred Genee would still like to add Catherine Keyl to the cast of Today Inside, despite Johan Derksen’s resistance. “She’s quite a nice lady.”
For some time now, Wilfred Genee (58) has been trying to add the senior TV diva Catherine Keyl (79) to the cast of Today Inside, but Johan Derksen (77) does not like this because he thinks she is too old. “If you hit that guy on the ass, flies will come out!”, says the VI mustache. “I think it’s too Coffee Time. I also think her column is always chatter.”
Scammed
Catherine was in the news last week because of a mild TV clash with Harry Mens. Senior TV, Valentijn Driessen called it at the table at VI. Catherine then shouted again that the men of VI themselves were elderly.
Johan jokes: “That Keyl has to be careful with her words. She just said that I was 78. Is she cheated!”
René van der Gijp: “She says: ‘I have to reconsider whether I should sit down with Harry.’ Come on man, hey! Do you think Harry will ever get better than that or something?”

Catherine recently said she had mixed feelings about the Curaçao edition of VI, because she did not take experts wearing shorts seriously.
