Wife of Hugo Boss boss Daniel Grieder buys shares worth millions

Louise Camuto, the wife of Hugo Boss CEO Daniel Grieder, has acquired 24,000 shares in Hugo Boss AG at an average price of EUR 62.05, the Metzingen-based company announced on Tuesday. The total value is around 1.5 million euros.

The boss manager and the former Swedish beauty queen have been married since last August, as he himself announced on Instagram at the time. According to media reports, Grieder’s former boss, Tommy Hilfiger, introduced the couple to each other in October 2019.

One year after the official announcement, Grieder took up his post as CEO of Hugo Boss AG in June 2021. Since taking over the helm of the Metzinger group, the value of Boss shares has risen by around 35 percent from EUR 45.61 to EUR 61.98.

Boss will announce the final results for 2022 and an outlook for 2023 on March 9th. The preliminary business figures announced in January were already promising and exceeded previous forecasts.
