Many companies invest in attracting talent, but not to retain it.

I accompanied a large company for seven years that, at the beginning of the process, had very low climate indicators.
The CEO began a personal work, and then decided to extend it to the entire organization: from managers to those who attended the public.

Its objective was clear: build a culture based on respect, listening, prominence and closeness. Create an environment where you could speak without fear and generate enthusiasm.

Over time, the transformation was evident. The company became recognized among the best to work, according to one of the main organizations that evaluate work climate.
But the most valuable thing was to listen to people to say:
“Here you can speak.”
“They listen to me.”
“I can grow.”

The air that is not seen
Taking care of the work environment is not just a KPI. It is a daily practice that transforms realities.
The weather is like air: it is not seen, but if it is loaded, everything becomes more difficult.
You can have the best strategy, but if the team is not right, nothing flows.
