Who cut donkey Lou Lou’s bangs? ‘Someone put the scissors in’

A stranger has cut the pony of donkey Lou Lou. The animal has been standing in a meadow on the Diamantweg in Oss for years and naturally has very long hair. Lou Lou’s owner, Paulien Leemans, was surprised when she saw that the pony had been cut away. “It didn’t look so good. I was really a bit pissed off.”

“Someone probably took matters into their own hands and put the scissors in Lou Lou,” Paulien suspects. She was not amused when she found out that her ass had been cut unexpectedly. “If the perpetrator could cut well, it would be a different story.”

The French Donkey naturally has very long hair, which was sometimes in front of his eyes. “I think someone thought that was pathetic,” she says. “But then I would have preferred someone to have just called me.”

“It’s just a 23-year-old donkey.”

The caretaker had no intention of cutting Lou Lou. “It’s just an old donkey of 23 years. You wish him a nice old age. When I got him he was covered in tangles and eczema. Here he is well groomed and combed. His previous itch has gone away. You can just see him here refurbish,” says Paulien.

She also knows that Lou Lou is a quiet donkey. “I suspect that he just walked to the fence and remained calm during the cutting, because there is nothing to see of the incident.”

Despite a notice board posted, it’s still a mystery who’s responsible for Lou Lou’s unwanted haircut.
