The Nutrition Center advises to eat a varied diet. Van der Vossen: ,,This is how you ensure that you get enough nutrients. Because every food contains different nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals. It is also possible that foods contain a small amount of a harmful substance. By eating a varied diet, you reduce the chance of consuming too much of the same harmful substance.”
