The Finnish women’s clothing brand Nosh Company talks about its extremely difficult market situation in a press release.
– During the challenging years, the company has built up debt, which we are no longer able to repay on time, because our turnover is significantly lower than before. Although our profitability has already developed in a positive direction in the months of the past fall, the company is threatened with bankruptcy due to the situation, the release says.
In order to save its business, Nosh Company Oy applied for corporate restructuring on 7.1. According to the release, the online store will continue to operate normally while waiting for a decision on entering into corporate restructuring and after possible entering into corporate restructuring.
– Every order right now is especially valuable to us. We will inform about it the next time we have received a decision on our restructuring application, the release says.
