Two years after the high water levels in the Yser Basin, a third of the short-term actions of the Task Force Resilient Westhoek have been completed. The task force, including De Vlaamse Waterweg, VMM, VLM, the province and polder authorities, is simultaneously working on longer-term measures to better protect the region against both flooding and drought.
