Western Union: March 30 will be the last day when you can send a transfer within Russia

It will not be possible to send a transfer within Russia via Western Union already on March 31, and on April 1 the opportunity to receive a payment or a refund will disappear, follows from a letter sent by the payment system to partner banks.
If the transfer was made before March 31, but the addressee did not receive it, then from April 1 the money can be returned at the offices of the Russian Post.
In addition, from March 24, the payment system will reduce the limit of internal transfers. It will be limited to 5 thousand rubles.
The company explains its withdrawal from the market by the low demand for domestic transfers. However, Western Union has no plans to stop cross-border transfers.
