The Frenchman David Gaudi (Groupama-FDJ) took over the red leader’s jersey from the Dane Jonas Vingegaard, who stands at the same time. Gaudu had to finish eight places for Vingegaard. He became 25th, Vingegaard 42nd. The Italian Gilio Ciccone is third in eight seconds.
Only the starting phase of the ride was difficult, with a col from third and two of the second category in the first eighty kilometers.
