The first storm to appear this season in our country, Luxembourg, France, Spain or Portugal, may be called Armand. KMI weather forecaster David Dehenauw announced this. The storm name refers to the late Armand Pien, the well-known weatherman who predicted the weather for 37 years on the BRT and later the VRT.
