On Thursday April 21, 2022 at 11 a.m., Partoo, a SaaS B2B startup that helps companies optimize and manage their presence on the Internet, is organizing a webinar on this subject. The objective is to better understand the behavior of consumers vis-à-vis customer reviews, and their interactions with local establishments. For this, Partoo has joined forces with the independent firm Happydemics. They carried out a study on a panel of 1100 French respondents aged 18 to 64.
