We tasted Kotipizza’s special novelty: “Oh that!”

The grain-free keto pizza base divided the testers’ opinions. This week, the pizza chain Kotipizza launched a grain-free pizza base that it has been developing for over two years. The keto pizza base is grain-free, gluten-free, yeast-free, lactose-free and soy-free. It is made from egg, cheese, almonds and potato fiber instead of flour. We tasted a cheese pizza made on a keto pizza base and an Americana pizza delivered by Iltalehti. The tasters didn’t know they were eating keto pizza.
