How was Germán Berretti born properties?
When I started, I basically followed my grandfather’s legacy, which was dedicated to the construction of real estate since it arrived from Italy. He instilled us having a trade, a profession, so I barely finished school, I started studying the hammer career and while I was in the second year, in parallel, I started the law career. Then I founded Germán Berretti properties, in Lanús, at 22 years. Some years later, we founded the Palermo branch and, soon after, we opened the branch of Germán Berretti Pinamar properties.
What services do you provide?
We dedicate ourselves mainly for sale and rent of all types of real estate, either for housing or commercials, both in Federal Capital and in the province of Buenos Aires. And, beyond that, we provide real accompaniment, constant advice, support when making strategic decisions and monitoring at each stage of the process. We have prominent professionals in the field and a digital stained glass window, mainly Instagram, where we show the best of each property with a clear, professional and careful aesthetic.
What objectives do they have for the future?
We want to consolidate as the reference real estate option in the areas we operate, adding new digital tools and strategic alliances. I am interested in incorporating more technology into the service, without losing how human characterizes us.
