Young people who film how they hit, kick and humiliate each other: it seems to be happening more and more. This week, three videos of youth gangs attacking underage victims suddenly circulated in Antwerp and Zelzate in a short period of time. “We also have the impression that the phenomenon is increasing,” says the Antwerp youth public prosecutor’s office.
