Telstar and Pieter de Waard were a very close unit for seventeen years. The colorful ‘boss’ of the club from Velsen-Zuid was regularly known for his statements or clothing style. But above all, he was a very committed director and a unique showcase for the White Lions. “It fills me with pride that I was able to do this.”
