Starting tomorrow you can watch the new HLN Original series ‘The Greatest Master Fraudster in the World’ on HLN. In it, writer Maarten Inghels goes in search of the truth behind Piet Van Haut (53). The man who calls himself “a hundred billion times” more punishing than the Tinder Swindler has been at large for ten years, but never seems to have stopped defrauding people. Van Haut stays in the most expensive hotels, travels with private jets and literally scatters money. But especially with someone else’s money. How come he is still at large and making victims?
