WASHINGTON – Award-winning American cartoonist Ann Telnaes (64) has resigned from The Washington Post after more than fifteen years of loyal service. She says she did this out of dissatisfaction because of interference from higher up and the refusal of a cartoon of her own. In the offending drawing, several billionaires, including Jeff Bezos, kneel with money bags in front of a statue of incoming President Donald Trump.
