The last Plenary Session of the Madrid City Council of 2023 has ended as the first of the course did: marked by controversy: Vox spokesperson, Javier Ortega Smith has thrown an “empty” water bottle in the direction of Más Madrid councilor Eduardo Rubiño.

As it could not be otherwise, chaos has broken out among the few representatives present in the chamber at this point. The spokesperson for Más Madrid, Rita Maestre, has asked to speak to demand that his Vox counterpart apologize immediately. In response, Ortgea Smith has said that he would apologize as long as Rubiño does the same for insulting him.
