VIP tickets cost $ 13,000, a big disappointment

The Miami GP was a test of the strength of the PR department of formulations. Not everyone left the race satisfied.

The F1 is a great TV product, but at its best, a great pleasure on the spot as well. AOP

The F1 series received tremendous media attention with the inviting guests of the Miami GP, which was run over the weekend.

In the first-ever F1 race in the city, one of the more famous characters from the top of the formula world was raced. The Yankee audience was courted by the stars of other genres, music and internet culture.

There was something for everyone. World star David Beckhamin surely everyone recognized Gianluca Vacchia hardly very many.

The show was drawn to the American model to be overrun. Many old-school F1 fans scraped the extra circus, for example, at the awards ceremony.

For the sport, however, the weekend was a success. The already growing popularity in the US is guaranteed to continue in an upswing as superstars liked the sport.

However, for everyone, the Miami race weekend was obviously not a good experience. Experienced F1 supplier Adam Cooper reported encountering individuals over the weekend who were severely disappointed with the F1 weekend issue.

– A lot of good things happened in Miami, but the teams and sponsors are not happy with the Paddock Club issue. This time it was run by local forces, and not in the traditional way organized by the F1 series.

Paddock Club is a high-level service package offered by the F1 series. Those who have purchased the Paddock Club ticket will be able to enjoy the race weekend right at the heart of the depot, receiving numerous exclusive services.

This, of course, costs money. A lot in general, but astronomically in Miami.

– Tickets cost $ 13,000, so those who bought them were expecting five-star service.

Based on social media, the Paddock Club ran out of food and drink, and the viewing area was also too small for a large crowd. Some people didn’t see the VIP desert on the track at all.

– The problem of the first world, I know, but there are lessons to be learned from this.

Cooper has a point.

It’s easy to laugh at the resentment of the rich, but the sport shouldn’t upset those who are financially interested in the sport.

Cooper says some experienced F1 commercial officials have called the incident a disaster, frankly a “shit show”.

– Some rich formula newcomers or potential sponsors may not come again after this bad experience.
