The Lithuanian second-hand marketplace operator Vinted UAB has appointed Vytautas Atkočaitis as the new managing director of StyleRemains GmbH, which was acquired last year. At the Hamburg-based operating company of the online platform Rebelle, the Lithuanian succeeds co-founder Max Schönemann in this role.
“This is a purely administrative measure to adapt Rebelle’s structure to Vinted’s corporate policy,” emphasized Vinted when asked by FashionUnited. Atkočaitis will retain his current positions as Managing Director of Vinted Go and Vice President of Shipping of Vinted Group.
According to the parent company, Schönemann will continue to manage Rebelle’s day-to-day business together with Cécile Wickmann. In addition, both received new tasks at Vinted. Schönemann will therefore serve as Senior Director Authentication & Fulfillment Operations there, while Wickmann will take on the role of Senior Director Luxury.
