The American textile group Vince Holding Corp. Has Yuji Okumura appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect.
The company is thus focusing on continuity. Okumura had temporarily led the finance department since the end of March of John Szczepanski as an interim CFO. He has been working in the company since 2018. At first he held the post of Director of Financial Reporting, most recently he acted as Vice President, Controller.
CEO Brendan Hoffman explained the reasons for the appeal. “Yuji’s many years of experience in our company, its leadership qualities and its strong financial expertise are the characteristics that we need for our next chapter,” he said in a statement published on Tuesday. “His financial discipline and his knowledge will be invaluable to continue to master the dynamic macroeconomic and consumer conditions.”
