Amsterdam – US President Joe Biden has asked Congress to amend the law so that he can improve the ‘balding’ of Russian oligarchs and his colleague Vladimir Putin. Biden wants that money to pay for the reconstruction of Ukraine. Putin says he does not lose any sleep over it and says that with his annual salary of 130,000 euros, an apartment in Moscow, a dacha, three cars and a caravan, he is a bald chicken. But according to some, he is one of the richest in the world; with an estimated wealth of at least 190 billion euros.
