Favorite series of the 2010s A new day program was supposed to leave Yle Areena at the end of this year. However, this is not the case, as fans of the series recently received good news.
– Good news for Uusi Päivä fans! UP will continue to be available for viewing with us for the next two years, writes Yle Areena’s Instagram account.
The solid fan base of the Uusi päivä program was outraged by Yle’s decision in the fall, and an address was even created to save the series.
Head of Yle Areena Tanja Iikkanen commented on the fans’ discontent to Iltalehte in September and said that they are going to negotiate the continuation of the publication rights of the series.
Now the fans who hoped the series would be preserved are praising Yle in the comment field of the Instagram post.
