Images of the suspected rape on the Keizersgracht quickly went around on social media. “What happened on King’s Day cannot be described otherwise than an absolute nightmare,” the public prosecutor starts the first introductory session in the case today.
“The Public Prosecution Service assumes a completed rape, the victim does not remember anything about what happened and that says something about her condition at the time of the fact.”
Only when the victim saw the videos in Ireland and realized that it was about her did she report.

Nevertheless, according to the judiciary it is certain that there is a rape. “She too cannot remember anything and says she never wanted this. Madam was in a state in which she was unable to determine her will. She has no complete control over her movements and could not determine her will.”
