Vaclav Cerny leaves VfL Wolfsburg towards Türkiye after two years. After Besiktas had already published pictures of the medical check on Tuesday morning, the wolves confirmed the transfer in the afternoon. According to the Turkish online medium “Sports Digital”, the clubs have agreed on a transfer fee between 6 million and 7 million euros. The 27 -year -old Czech signed a contract until 2028 with an option for another year.

In 2023, Cerny moved from Twente Enschede to the Lower Saxony for 8 million euros, for which he stood 28 times on the pitch and was involved in seven goals. Last season he played for a rental fee of 1.5 million euros for the Glasgow Rangers, where he reaches 18 goals and nine templates in 52 games. His market value is 8 million euros after two upgrades and two devaluations, as at the time of its obligation.

With the sale of Cerny, VfL Wolfsburg’s transfer income increases to over 35 million euros. In his three games in 2025/26, the attacker was used by the bank, and he scored a goal in the DFB Cup against fifth division Hemelingen.
