Qualifying in Dschidda is developing into a real thriller. In the end, Max Verstappen keeps the upper hand. Lando Norris experiences a black day.
Max Verstappen has secured the pole position for the Grand Prix of Saudi Arabia. The Red Bull Pilot turned the fastest round on the high-speed course in Dschidda with 1: 27.294 seconds and referred Oscar Piatri to position in the McLaren. George Russell in the Mercedes completed the top three. The World Cup leading Lando Norris has to be satisfied with tenth place because he crashes in the last qualifying section with his McLaren.
