Verstappen fastest in qualifying GP Belgium, but pole for Sainz

Max Verstappen set the best time in qualifying for the Belgian Grand Prix. But because the leader in the World Cup position has had his engine replaced, the Dutchman will start the race at Spa-Francorchamps on Sunday from the rear and not from pole position. That place is for Carlos Sainz of Ferrari, who drove the second fastest time.
