The fashion house Jost had complained that Betty Barclay in the outlet center was also open on certain Sundays around the holidays in Rhineland-Palatinate. The 4th Civil Senate has now decided that the Betty Barclay Group is no longer allowed to open its branch in the Zweibrücken outlet center during the Rhineland-Palatinate Easter, summer and autumn holidays as well as on the Sundays immediately before the start of the holiday and after the end of the holiday.
