In that sense, we have a territorial area in which they will be placed primarily and install large -scale industries linked to the schist oil deposit (shale oil) and lutita gas (Shale gas), but, in addition, and simultaneously, real estate projects will proliferate in an exponential way in order to provide habitability to all those or families who, due to their relationship or business or work relationship with the basin, will develop some type of activity.

That is, on the one hand, we will have an eminently industrial territory or jurisdiction that stands in Añelo (province of Neuquén) and, on the other hand, a territory or jurisdiction that we could call residential (El Chañar and also corner of Los Sauces, province of Neuquén) that will crowd those – as we said – have or will have some role related to the basin.

That is, the investment – clearly – is not only projected in regard to industrial development but also (and with a lot of intensity) in the formation of residences, housing complexes, and other types or category of real estate ventures that it will demand – also – a large investment flow.

Without entering legal technicalities, it is important to emphasize that the main purpose of the constitution of fiduciary funds is the generation of a heritage that will feed on contributions (properties, real estate, money, among others) that will be pure and exclusively affected and separated from the business, personal or commercial risks of developers, investors, etc.

These aspects, obviously, provide security and tranquility to all those who wish to invest in these real estate projects either to generate a profitability or, simply, to acquire a property (which will be their personal or family home) in economic and financial conditions that are favorable.

In short, it is possible to invest in the “Muerta Vaca” ecosystem in projects that are not necessarily industrial and, always, with the necessary legal caution.
