Up to two hours of delay after a new accident to Kennedytunnel: again two lanes blocked

In and around Antwerp there is a lot of traffic nuisance after an accident in the Kennedytunnel. There were two trucks and a van around 5.30 am, after which the tunnel was closed to Ghent. The Flemish Traffic Center reports this. After an hour the tunnel was released again, but in the meantime a new accident has happened, so that the two right -wing lanes have been blocked again.
