Unused screens and motorcycle: 11 billion euros in the European budget against hunger in Africa used inefficiently

The European Union has spent more than €11 billion in the fight against hunger in sub-Saharan African countries in ten years, but this has not always been done efficiently. “Much of that aid has not reached the people who need it most,” the European Court of Auditors writes in a report.
