WARNING Lucarelli (Inter) for an obvious hold on Pegs on the edge of the Nerazzurri area
24
Excellent personal action by Mazzotta who, starting from the right, takes out two opponents in dribbling, but the attempt to “return” with the left from a favorable position is unfortunate and the ball is lost on the bottom near the flag

A reckless exit by Repaci outside his own penalty area early on Serantoni breaks a dangerous offensive action by the Nerazzurri

Tonight at 8pm at the ‘Romeo Neri’ stadium, Alessandro Gridel’s Bianconeri face Paolo Hernán Dellafiore’s Nerazzurri in the remake of the 2018 final
There are endings that award a title and others that tell the story of a rivalry. Tonight, at the ‘Tullo Morgagni’ stadium in Forlì, Alessandro Gridel’s Juventus, reigning Italian champion, and Paolo Hernán Dellafiore’s Inter will play the National Under 16 Serie A and B Championship, eight years after the last precedent in the final.
It was 21 June 2018 when the Nerazzurri beat the Bianconeri with a clear 3-0 in Ravenna, winning the first and so far only title in the category. Today Juventus is looking for revenge, but above all they want to defend the scudetto won last season, beating Empoli 3-1 in Frosinone. Inter, on the other hand, is hunting for a tricolor which has been missing since that night.
This is the third category final for both. The Bianconeri, in addition to the defeat in 2018, boast the success of 2025, while the Nerazzurri, after the triumph of eight seasons ago, also experienced the disappointment of 2019, when they lost 4-3 against Empoli in Ravenna. Corporate stories that add specific weight to an already very important challenge in itself.
Forlì will be the sixth title of the final stages of the SGS TIM National Youth Championships awarded in Emilia-Romagna, which in recent days has already crowned Inter Under 18 in Cesena (Inter-Bologna 3-0 direct, 13 June), Perugia Under 17 in Forlì (Perugia-Albinoleffe 2-1, 16 June), Vicenza Under 16 in Santarcangelo di Romagna (Lecco-Vicenza 0-2, 19 June), Alcione Under 15 (Albinoleffe-Alcione 1-3, 20 June) and Milan Under 15 (Empoli-Milan 0-2, 21 June) in Rimini.
JUVENTUS. Alessandro Gridel’s Bianconeri reach the final stage of the championship with battleship numbers. After finishing in first place in Group A with 72 points (PG: 26 – W: 24 – P: 0 – L: 2 – GF: 100 – GS: 25 – DR: 75), they eliminated, in order, Torino in the round of 16 (Turin-Juventus 0-2 on 28 April and Juventus-Turin 6-1 on 3 May), Empoli in the quarter-finals (Empoli-Juventus 2-1 on 11 May and Juventus-Empoli 2-0 on 16 May) and Pescara in the semi-finals (Pescara-Juventus 3-7 on 7 June and Juventus-Pescara 6-3 on 14 June).
“We arrive at this final at our best – declares the Juventus coach -, after an important journey and with the right energy. We know the value of the match and the opponent and we hope to finish this year in the best possible way: the most important aspects however remain those of enjoying this evening, which doesn’t always happen, and of taking to the pitch with personality and courage, without losing our identity and our way of doing things”.

INTER. On the other side there are the Nerazzurri, constantly growing and protagonists of a solid path. First classified in Group B with 55 points (PG: 24 – W: 17 – P: 4 – L: 3 – GF: 58 – GS: 18 – DR: 40), Paolo Hernán Dellafiore’s boys – former professional footballer for Palermo and Turin, who grew up in Inter’s youth teams – subsequently overcame Parma in the round of 16 (Parma-Inter 1-0 on 29 April and Inter-Parma 4-1 on 3 May), Bologna in the quarter-finals (Bologna-Inter 1-1 on 10 May and Inter-Bologna 1-0 on 16 May) and Roma in the semi-finals (Inter-Roma 2-0 on 10 June and Roma-Inter 2-1 on 14 June).
“What I told my boys at the beginning of the year is that a path awaited us – says the Nerazzurri coach -, at the end of which each of them would have grown. I think and hope I have conveyed something that could have improved the boys, not only on the pitch, but also as men, because I think that football can also help them in everyday life. Being in the final is an important thing, no one has given us anything and we will face a strong and quality team. We will try to play with our strengths and giving everything, so that the kids can have fun and enjoy these moments that they will remember forever: it’s their final.”
For the group of Inter’s class of 2010, this is the third consecutive final, after the triumphs in the Under 14 Pro Tournament two years ago in Formia (Hellas Verona-Inter 0-4, 26 June 2024) and the one in the National Under 15 Serie A and B Championship last season in Rieti (Fiorentina-Inter 1-2, 24 June 2025).
