Unauthorized activities have been observed in one Finnish customer account, says Kauppalehti.

Nordnet Communications Director Johan Tidestad confirm To Kauppalehtithat at least one Finnish customer account had been made by the wrong person on Tuesday.
“Transactions have been canceled and did not suffer financial damage,” says Tideestad in an interview with Kauppalehti.
According to Tidestad, this is the only case confirmed so far.
Panic button to the bottom
On Tuesday, Nordnet’s online service and mobile app were driven down in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark as soon as it became clear to the company that some customers had reached the account of an unknown person during the login.
The problem was observed on Tuesday after noon and the services were returned to use at about 4:30 pm.
A Nordnet customer who contacted Iltalehti said he was one of those who accidentally ended up in the wrong account. He said he had seen the contents of the unknown person’s portfolios. He also said that purchases and sales were possible.
On Wednesday, Nordnet announced that the problem was caused by a login component that did not work as planned.
