UN warns Israel and Russia: could pop up in a report on sexual violence in conflicts

The United Nations (UN) warned Israel and Russia on Thursday that the countries can pop up in the following report on sexual violence in conflict areas. The UN Secretary General António Guterres reports this. It is the first time that actors have been warned in this way.
