UN boss: “Rich countries should finally keep their promises on financial aid in climate debate”

Antonio Guterres has called on rich countries to “take action”. The Secretary-General of the United Nations did this in view of the increasingly pressing climate problem. “These countries should finally also keep their promises about financial aid to developing countries,” it sounded in the Senegalese capital Dakar.
