Governor Sergei Aksjonov, installed by Russia in Crimea, announced on Monday night that Ukraine had carried out an attack on the port city of Feodosia on the Black Sea coast. Russian news media previously reported on Telegram that loud explosions were heard around the city in Crimea. The commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian air force has now claimed responsibility for the airstrike, Reuters reports.
