‘Ukraine Agreement with Mineral Deal vs: Better Conditions, but no security guarantees’

Ukraine and the United States have reached an agreement on the Raw Material Deal, writes the Financial Times newspaper. Ukrainian officials report to the British newspaper that Kiev is ready to sign the agreement. Compared to a previous version of the agreement, Kiev would have stipulated more favorable conditions.
