Çağdaş Atan, who signed a contract with Zecorner Kayserispor before the 2022-2023 season, terminated his contract on September 6, 2023, although his term of office continued. After Kayserispor’s objection to the Turkish Football Federation, the file was moved to the Dispute Resolution Board (UCK). The Board made its decision for the file between Kayserispor and Çağdaş Atan. The Dispute Resolution Board ruled that Çağdaş Atan should pay 8 million TL as principal to the yellow-red club, and the total amount with interest added is 12 million TL.
