Cyclists and female cyclists from Russia and Belarus are allowed to participate again under a neutral flag in international competitions such as the World Cup, World Cups and races in the Nations Cup. This has been decided by the international cycling union UCI, following the example of the international associations of sports such as judo, table tennis, fencing, canoeing and archery.
