Türkiye Under-20 Women’s Handball Team is camping in Bolu as part of preparation for the Women’s Handball World Championship.
Turkey will face Spain, South Korea and Argentina in Group D at the Under-20 Women’s Handball World Championship, which will be held in China by the International Handball Federation (IHF) between 24 June and 5 July.
The national team, which continues its preparations for the championship at Karaçayır Sports Hall, will play friendly matches against Tunisia on June 17 and June 18.
National team head coach David Ginesta Montes told reporters that their preparations are continuing at an intense pace in Bolu, which they chose due to their work and accommodation opportunities.
Evaluating the championship, Montes said, “We will play our first match against South Korea. We plan to get out of the main group after the 2 points we get in this match. We participated in the world championship after many years. We have been in the camp since May 25. We are having a good camp period. We plan to get the results of this.” he said.
