For the second time in just six months, a resident of care institution Linge’s Zorglandgoed in Rumpt was found dead. Both times it was a man at an old age who was missing for a short time. Thursday things went wrong with an 82-year-old man who took a walk. The care institution is obliged to open an open door policy. But how safe is this?
