Follow the rhythms of nature and do not only outline, they can become a full mealof true substance, in the variants with the addition of meat, fish, carbohydrates.
Tuna and tomato
Ingredients x 4:
2 ox heart tomatoes
200 g approximately quality box tuna
4 Hearts of artichoke or 6 artichokes in oil
onion, green herbs
soy sauce
oyster sauce
Vermut Dry
extra virgin olive
basil
raspberry vinegar or other aromatic.
Procedure
“Bleaching” (Dip in boiling water, cook for a few seconds and then cook the cooking In water and ice) the tomatoes for 1 minute, then peel them, but if the ox heart is truly at the level of optimal maturation you can also eat the peel. Cut them and drain them in a strainer.

If the artichoke hearts are fresh, whiten them for 5 minutes. If I am in oil, drain them and divide them in half. Drain the tuna well and break it. Emulsify the oil with vinegar, vermutlittle soy sauce, rises if needed and pepper.
Mix the tomatoes with tuna, onion and the green herbs, then mix with the emulsion. Serve and finished with a tour of oyster sauce.
Variant. Carbohydrates are missing, therefore, if you want, enriched with steamed slices potatoes for 13 minutes.

Ingredients x 4:
2 red tomatoes
200 g mozzarella
150 g bread, preferably full or pita or cakes
2 medium cucumbers
8 Dutch olives
basil
onion.
Procedure
Cut the tomatoes into slices or to seize. Cut the mozzarella into straccetti and drain them. Toast the bread and roughly break it. Cut the cucumbers and olives into slices. Mix all the ingredients and season with a vinaigrette or a citronette.

Variants. You can add fillets of anchovies, canned tuna, courgettes and carrots Cut into julienne, raw or just cooked steamed, and more.
As for bread, If you opt for the cakes, break them down, soak them In water (or in white wine) to taste, drain and squeeze them well with your hands.
