The fire brigade of Emergency Zone 1 was called to Spoorwegstraat in Howest in Sint-Michiels (Bruges) on Wednesday around 5:30 PM for an incident involving hazardous substances. “Something exploded in a chemistry room,” the fire brigade said. “Two people were injured. The fire brigade is still on site.”
