Two reports from PwC show once again that the Tax and Customs Administration has made serious mistakes in tackling alleged fraud on many fronts. For example, during an extra check at ‘the gate’, the department where incorrectly completed declarations might have ended up, attention was paid to the personal characteristics of the taxpayer rather than to tax risks.
