Two missing girls aged 8 and 11 were found in Kamchatka

In the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Kamchatka Territory, two schoolgirls of eight and eleven years old were found who did not return from a walk and disappeared the day before, reported IA “Kamchatka” in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.

“Found, alive, healthy,” the department said.

According to the agency, children did not return from a walk on Larina Street the day before, February 3. The police and volunteers were looking for them.

Earlier, on January 25, a girl born in 2020 disappeared in the city of Kholm, Novgorod Region. After the disappearance, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under the article on the murder of a minor (paragraph “c” of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code), and then on the negligence of officials (part 1 of article 293 of the Criminal Code). He was transferred to the Central Office of the Investigative Committee. The mother of the child and her partner were detained in the case, both were arrested.
