Defending champion Allianz MTV Stuttgart earned two match points in the final of the volleyball Bundesliga. The Swabians won 3-0 (25:18, 25:16, 25:14) against SC Potsdam on Wednesday and restored their old lead with a 2-1 win in the final series.
In the new edition of last year’s final, Stuttgart won the first game 3-1, game two went to Potsdam. The fourth game will take place on Saturday (5 p.m./Sport1) in Brandenburg. The Stuttgart women can then secure the championship title for the third time in the club’s history.
