Shortly after midnight, around 0:15 a.m., the fire brigade and police were alerted to the Rosenthaler Straße to the Hackesche Höfe: an injured man was lying in the inner courtyard.
The injured person was first treated by an emergency doctor and paramedics, and a woman was cared for by paramedics from the Bundeswehr.
The police secured the operation. The injured man was ventilated in a hospital, the woman was cared for in an ambulance.
Nothing is currently known about the background and the nature and severity of the injuries. The police are investigating.
