Two people were injured this afternoon in a stabbing incident on Semmelweiszstraat in Hoogeveen.
Paramedics were quickly present to provide medical assistance, a police spokesperson said. An air ambulance was also deployed. The condition of the two injured people is not yet known, they have both been taken to hospital.
It is still unclear what exactly happened in Semmelweiszstraat. “We are still investigating the mutual involvement between the two people,” said the police spokesperson. No one has been arrested so far.
